Why “from” £49?
Most shops pay the starting price. If you need more, such as several locations or a lot of SMS messages, we’ll tell you the exact price up front on your free chat, before you sign up.
What do online payments cost?
Two fees, both taken automatically from each online payment: Stripe’s own standard card processing fee, which goes to Stripe, and our 0.5% fee. You can see every fee in your Stripe account. Payments taken at the till don’t go through us and cost nothing extra.
How does that compare with Treatwell?
Treatwell charges 35% + VAT (42%) on a new client’s first booking through its marketplace, plus 2.5% + VAT (3%) on prepaid bookings (source: Treatwell UK pricing page and partner terms, September 2026). On a £60 first visit paid online, that’s £27. With us, you pay a flat monthly fee and 0.5% of online payments, whether the customer is new or a regular.
Who receives the customer’s money?
Your shop does. Payments run through Stripe Connect into your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays out to your bank. We never hold your money.
Is there a contract or setup period?
No long contract and no lock-in. Pay monthly and cancel whenever you like. Your customer list is yours to export.
Can I keep my current website address?
Usually, yes. We can connect the domain you already own, or help you choose a new one.
