The maths
Treatwell charges 35% + VAT (42%) on a new client’s first marketplace booking, plus 2.5% + VAT on prepayments.¹ On a £60 first visit paid online, that’s £27 gone before you’ve paid rent or staff.

Questions
No. You pay a flat monthly fee, from £49, plus 0.5% of each payment taken online. That’s the same for new customers and regulars. Customers pay you directly, into your own Stripe account, through Stripe Connect.
You do. Names, contact details and booking history belong to your shop. You can message your customers whenever you like, and export the list at any time.
Stripe charges its own standard processing fee on each card payment, as it would for any business. Our 0.5% online payment fee comes on top of that, and you can see both in your Stripe account. Payments at the till cost nothing extra. SMS messages may be charged at cost; we’ll confirm before you send.
There’s no long contract and no lock-in. You can cancel any time, and you keep your customer list.
No. Your dashboard is in Thai and our support team speaks Thai. Your customers see your website in English (and Thai, if you like).
Yes. Many owners keep a marketplace listing for discovery and use their own website so regulars can book without commission.
